- 300 g chuda (chiwda)
- 110 g sugar (adjust as needed)
- 150 g fresh grated coconut

But I like to keep it simple with just the basic ingredients...chuda (flattened rice), chini (sugar), nadiya (coconut), gol maricha (black pepper), ghiya (ghee) and elaichi (cardamoms).
