- Boil all vegetables
- Cut the 2 onions and tomatoes into small slices
- Take a deep pan
- Heat some butter
- Add pinch of asafoetida
- Then add sliced onions
- Then add salt, red chilli powder and pinch of turmeric powder
- Add 2 tablespoons pav bhaji masala
- After 3-5 minutes,add tomatoes
- After fry 5-10 minutes,add boiled vegetables in it
- Add 50 ml water on it
- Cook for sometime
- At last,add lemon juice and coriander leaves
- Heat a pan, add some butter
- Cook pav (bread) for 2 minutes from both sides
- Serve hot with sliced onions and lemon juice
