  1. Put active dry yeast in a small bowl and add warm milk. Set it aside.
  2. Mix butter and sugar in medium speed, flat beater. Then add eggs and salt.
  3. Add flour and milk yeast mixture. Mix again in low speed then if the dough forms change to dough hook in lowest speed.
  4. Knead dough and put in a greased bowl cover with towel on top and rest for 1 hour.
  5. While waiting, make the filling. Add soft butter, cinnamon and sugar in mix in medium speed using whisk.
  6. Get the dough and lighlty knead it to 12 x 16inch rectangle. Spread evenly the cinnamon filling on it. Top with apple bits.
  7. Roll the dough and cut it to 6pcs, you know the drill. Put them in a 9 inch pan with parchment paper underneath and cover it with towel. Let it rest for 15min.
  8. Bake 170°C 20mins. I burned the top :( because I did 175°C.
  9. While waiting, prepare the frosting.
  10. Mix butter, cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar in mixer, medium speed using whisk. Set it aside.
  11. Whisk in highest speed for 3mins the all-purpose cream until it thickens. Then gradually add the cream cheese mixture you made in low speed.
  12. Cool the bread in cooling rack after which, put frosting on top.
  13. Add walnuts and cinnamon powder on top and enjoy
