  3. 5 tbsp sugar
  4. 2 tbsp Chopped almond and cashews
  5. 1 tsp Ghee
  6. 1/2tsp Crushed Cardamom (3 to 4 nos)

  1. Heat a kadhai and pour 1/2ltr milk. When milk comes to a boil slow down the heat.
  2. Keep stirring the milk until it reduced to it's 1/4th part.
  3. Now heat a pan, add 1tsp ghee and roast some cashew and almond. Add it to the milk and stir well.
  4. Now add sugar and stir it until sugar melts in the milk. Finally add crushed cardamom and stir it. Turn of the gas.
  5. When the reduced milk comes to it's room temperature add 1 sitaphal pulp and mix it well.
  6. Keep this in the fridge for 1 hour at least and enjoy the chilled Sitaphal basundi.
