  9. 2 chopped green chilli
  10. 1/4 tsp red chilli
  11. 1 pinch turmeric powder
  12. 1/2 tsp pasted cumin red chilli powder
  13. 1 tsp oil
  14. 6/7 curryleaves
  15. as per taste salt

Steps to make to make Panchratan chutney

  1. Chop all fruits.2tomatoes cut pieces& 2tomato griend to make paste.Heat a pan add oil put punchfuran,ginger,greenchilli & curryleaves crackle for a mints.Than add all fruits sauted a while.Than add tomatoes pieces mix it well & sauted 30 second.
  2. Than add tomato puree & all spices mix it well cooked 1/2mints.Than add jaggery& 1/2cup water mix it & cover it.Cooked 2 mints.Lastly add greencorrienderleaves & off the flame.Punch ratan chutney is ready.
  3. Serve it with rice,roti or paratha.
